INDOOR WORK
- Apply Nano Fogging throughout ducting using a biological protection agent that is TGA-approved, hospital-grade, non-toxic and eco-friendly. This treatment kills and inhibits mould and bacteria for up to 12 months, and also eliminates COVID, influenza and other viruses for up to 30 days.
- Ducting Integrity Check – We inspect accessible ductwork for tears, disconnections, crushed sections, poor insulation and airflow losses.
- Zone Motor and Damper Check – We confirm zone motors open and close correctly and that all zones are operating as intended.
- Supply Vent Clean and Sanitise – All supply vents are removed, washed and sanitised. We apply our biological protection agent to reduce mould regrowth inside the outlets.
- Return Air Grill and Filter Clean – The return grille is removed and thoroughly cleaned. Filters are washed or replaced, sanitised and dried to restore airflow and reduce airborne contaminants.
- Remote Control Function Check – We verify the controller communicates correctly with your system and all major functions are working.
- Operational Check – We run your unit to confirm smooth and reliable function across all modes and fan speeds.
