Ducting Integrity Check - We inspect accessible ductwork for tears, disconnections, crushed sections, poor insulation and airflow losses.
Zone Motor and Damper Check - We confirm zone motors open and close correctly and that all zones are operating as intended.
Supply Vent Clean and Sanitise - All supply vents are removed, washed and sanitised. We apply our biological protection agent to reduce mould regrowth inside the outlets.
Return Air Grill and Filter Clean - The return grille is removed and thoroughly cleaned. Filters are washed or replaced, sanitised and dried to restore airflow and reduce airborne contaminants.
